Super8-8mm has been digitalizing old movie films onto USB key, external Hard Drive or DVD disc since August 2004. We offer the highest quality film digitalization available in Switzerland, using the best available technologies for your Super 8, 8mm and 16mm films.

Transfer Films 8 & 16mm

Your 8mm, Super 8 , and 16mm films will be digitized on professional equipment specifically designed for transfer. This is why we achieve such incredible results when transferring films to DVD and hard drive (AVI format).

Our processes have been carefully developed by experts in the field to ensure that your digitized film is as good as the day it was originally made – or even better!

Transfer Video Cassettes

Super8-8mm.ch specializes in professional conversion of VHS, S-VHS, VHS-C, Video 8, Hi-8, Mini-DV, to digital. We offer DVD and/or external hard drive. We use professional VCR for our video transfers, giving the best quality possible.

We only digitize private (family) videos, no TV recordings or copyright materials. The minimum charge for video transfer is 1.0 hour.

Media / Platform Support

Once we have digitized your material we will transfer it onto USB key, a Hard Drive or DVD. If you are interested in editing your media on your own, we can transfer all your media to an external hard drive, which you can plug into your computer and manipulate, using the video editing software of your choice.
